Rey Resources in $4m capital raising

Rey Resources has completed a $4 million share placement for its Duchess Paradise coal project in WA's Kimberley region. The company announced today the placement of 28.6 million ordinary shares at 14 cents per share to sophisticated and institutional clients of Perth broker Euroz.

Red Fork raises $28m for Oklahoma drilling

Perth-based petroleum explorer Red Fork Energy has secured $27.9 million through a share placement, the company announced today. The Oklahoma-focused company said it placed 40.46 million new ordinary shares at 69 cents per share to sophisticated and professional investors.

CuDeco raises $32m for copper project

CuDeco will raise $32 million for its Rocklands copper project in a share placement agreement with UK-based M&G Investments, the company announced today. The agreement allows for the subscription of 8 million shares at $4 per share.

South Boulder slumps on $10m raising

South Boulder Mines hopes to raise $10.1 million through a one-for-ten share deal at $1.10 per share. The company is offering one attaching unlisted option for every two new shares subscribed for, exercisable at $1.60 each and expiring a year after the date of issue.

Chinese group buys stake in Latin Resources

Latin Resources shares have rocketed after the company announced China-backed Junefield Holdings had taken a 16.8 per cent stake in the company after executing two agreements worth a combined $52 million. At close of trade today Latin’s stocks had closed up 27 per cent, to 23.5 cents.
