Brock Neeling has extensive hands-on experience in the preparation and maintenance of turf and synthetic tracks, and horse-related infrastructure.

He joined Perth Racing in February 2022 as an assistant racecourse manager, and was acting as interim racecourse manager before being formally appointed to the role in September 2022. Mr Neeling was previously the assistant racecourse manager at Pakenham Racing Club in Victoria.
