Jeremy Carlberg has worked extensively in the Western Australian infrastructure sector as a senior adviser to both private and public clients. He has completed a significant deal history – including large-scale project financings, asset restructures, mergers and acquisitions of infrastructure assets and the strategic and commercial development of greenfields projects. After ten years with Macquarie Group in Sydney and Perth, culminating in his role as director in the infrastructure division, Mr Carlberg was appointed by the WA government in 2009 to provide strategic commercial advice on major infrastructure projects including Oakajee, James Price Point and the Mid West Energy Project. After that, he worked as a director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch specialising in the energy and transport sectors. In 2011, he established Torridon Partners (with Neville Gardner). In November 2016, Torridon was acquired by Deloitte.
