Michael Lishman

Michael Lishman has more than 20 years' experience advising on complex M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters, particularly in the energy and resources sector. Mr Lishman has advised the boards of a number of WA public companies and has led major Australian and cross-border M&A transactions. Mr Lishman was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in WA in 1983 and as a solicitor in England & Wales 1987. He was a founding partner of Cochrane Lishman Carson Luscombe in 2006, which merged into Clifford Chance in 2011.
