Board Moves December 11, 2020

Kenneth Banks has been appointed non-executive director of Paterson Resources. Mr Banks, a qualified Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, has been involved in the establishment of businesses in Australia, Indonesia, Zimbabwe and Brazil. He replaces Brian Thomas who has stepped down from the board following today’s AGM.

Piedmont Lithium intends to re-domicile from Australia to the US, allowing the company to streamline its business operations as all of its core assets and management  team are based there. As part of this move, the company has appointed US-based director Jeff Armstrong as chair, replacing Ian Middlemas who will resign from the board. Mr Armstrong has been with the board since 2018.

Simon Gerard and Jordan Tentori have been appointed as directors of Quantify Technology Holdings. Mr Gerard is the managing director of Gerard Private Holdings (Finance), whose subsidiary GSM Innovations is being acquired by Quantify. Mr Tentori was previously the executive general manager at Gerard Lighting, and is an experienced chief technology officer in the electrical and lighting industry.
