Emergent float seeks $5m

Mineral exploration company Emergent Resources is looking to raise $5 million ahead of its previously released plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The IPO involves the issue of 25 million shares, priced at 20 cents per share, with funds intended for acquisitions, exploration and development.
