20 builders chosen for Karratha village

The state government has chosen 20 builders to develop Karratha's second display village at Baynton West.

Baynton West is expected to open in 2011 and the display village will offer designs starting at $189,500 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home or $338,300 for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence.
