Euroz Hartleys Group (formerly Euroz Limited) is a WA-focused specialist financial services company, providing services from stockbroking to corporate finance, and funds management.
Its subsidiary Euroz Hartleys offers stockbrocking, corporate advisory, capital raising, underwriting, initial public offerings, shareholder sell downs, and strategic planning services.
In June 2020, Euroz announced the acquisition of rival Perth stockbroking firm Hartleys. The transaction was completed in October 2020, forming WA's largest stockbroking firm.
Its former subsidiary Westoz Funds Management was focused on the management of equity portfolios. The majority of funds were managed on behalf of two investment companies: Westoz Investment Company and Ozgrowth, which Euroz Hartleys Group also held substantial interests in. In 2022, the two funds were acquired by WAM Capital.
In November 2021, Euroz Limited changed its name to Euroz Hartleys Group Limited.
